Product details

Elevator Overview:
Vertical vibration spiral elevator is mainly used for lifting and adding granular materials (cooling, heating, drying, humidification, etc.), and has a wide range of applications in industries such as plastics, chemicals, rubber, pharmaceuticals, light industry, food, metallurgy, and building materials.
Working principle of hoist
The vibration hoist can vertically lift solid materials such as powders, blocks, and particles (except for viscous materials). And cooling, drying, humidification, heating and other functions can be added according to customer requirements. Structurally, there are two types of motors: upper mounted and lower mounted. According to user needs, the elevator can be specially designed and provide related supporting equipment, such as dust covers, soundproof covers, etc. made of metal, rubber, or plastic. The vibration element is usually a spring, but specialized vibration elements can also be used to achieve better performance of the equipment.

Advantages of lifting equipment:
Small footprint, simple and reasonable structure, easy maintenance
Low power consumption and minimal wear on the material trough
While improving materials, it is possible to achieve processes such as cooling, heating, drying, and humidification
Equipment parameters:
Outer diameter: 450mm -1400mm
Height: 1000mm-8000mm
Enhancement capacity: maximum 5000kg/h
